Open Position: Caregiver
Bridgewell Home Care Services is currently hiring caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. Caregivers assist with daily living activities, companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and other supportive services based on each client’s care plan.
Responsibilities
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
* Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
* Provide medication reminders
* Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
* Help with mobility and transfers
* Run errands and provide transportation to appointments
* Monitor and report changes in client condition
* Follow client care plans and company policies
* Maintain client privacy, dignity, and respect at all times
Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
* Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
* Must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
* Must pass a background check
* Must have reliable transportation
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
* Ability to follow care instructions and maintain client confidentiality

Qualificatons
- Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Pass background check
